It has been 1 year since the first nose to tail pork and beer dinner at The Vanderbilt. By our watch it is time for another one! Sixpoint will be providing the beer again, and The Vanderbilt will be providing 4 courses of Porkcentric goodness. Check out the full menu here!

The Vanderbilt's chef and owner, Saul Bolton, was recently challenged by the Food Network's Bobby Flay on his hit TV show "Throwdown". The two chefs faced off preparing Saul's famous Baked Alaska.
