Whether it's an anniversary, a wedding or a corporate event, we provide options for exclusive access to the back room or the entire restaurant and, together with Chef Saul Bolton and the Vanderbilt team, you'll be involved in all the planning - from the menu and wine selections to the overall theme of the event.
We can accommodate between up to 50 guests for formal seated dinner parties in the back room, or between up to 120 guests for cocktail events. We are happy to discuss options for smaller groups and luncheons.

Located inside the Brooklyn Museum. Opened in 1999 on Smith Street, SAUL restaurant is steadfast in chef Saul Bolton's goal to put the plate first, utilizing artisanal and seasonal ingredients to create fine food served in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. SAUL was the first restaurant in Brooklyn to receive a Michelin star.
BROOKLYN BANGERS is the sausage company created by our own Michelin-starred chef Saul Bolton. Brooklyn Bangers serves an array of handmade sausages including Cheddar Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Knackwurst, and Beef Brisket Hot Dogs. You can find Brooklyn Bangers in many locations including the Barclay's Center, Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg in Williamsburg.
